Our client is a well-established organisation that provides and maintains critical utilities for its customers in an environmentally, socially, and commercially sustainable manner through continuous planning.

As the project manager, you will be responsible for the management of multi-discipline infrastructure projects over the full project life cycle from concept through to scoping, planning, delivery and closure.  Your demonstrated experience as end to end project manager is the primary requirement. 
Your responsibilities will include: 
  • Stakeholder engagement including requirements gathering and ongoing communications 
  • Develop project documentation including estimates, schedules, plans and business cases to initiate, scope, plan, implement and complete assigned projects 
  • Monitor and maintain schedules in MS project and registers for risk, cost and scope in accordance with company’s project management framework 
  • Manage performance of engineering and construction contractors including responding to RFI’s, Change requests, project progress meetings, and reviewing and making recommendations on contractor’s claims 
  • Ensure work is carried out in accordance with WH&S, Environmental and Quality Requirements and standards 
  • Maintain project risk registers and manage issues throughout the project lifecycle 
  • Manage project communications, including comprehensive status reporting 
  • Work closely with the procurement team on commercial matters 
Engage with the Superintendent on contractual and project matters as appropriate
